How does usage work? +
Each plan includes voice minutes and AI messages based on your lead volume. Foundation gets 1,000 of each, Pro gets 2,500, Scale gets 5,000, and Volume gets 7,500. If you exceed your plan's usage, overages are billed at the rates shown on your plan. Higher tiers have lower overage rates.
What if I'm consistently going over? +
Upgrade to the next tier. You'll get more included usage AND lower overage rates, which usually costs less than paying overages on a smaller plan. We'll monitor your account and recommend the right plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later? +
Anytime. No penalty, no new setup fee. Just let us know and we'll adjust your plan.
